HOW LONG DO I TAKE BEFORE I RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?
This depends on where you’re located in the world. Although delivery times vary from country to country, it normally takes about 10 to 25 business days for your item to arrive. It critical to note that we cannot assure you of shipping time during national and international conflicts, natural calamities, delays in carriers and other situations that are beyond our control.
IS THERE A WAY OF TRACKING MY ORDER?
You can track your order through a shipping confirmation note which is emailed to you as soon as your order has been shipped.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN SHIPPED AND IS ON ITS WAY?
Immediately after placing an order, we notify you through an automated email message. When the order is released from our premises, we also notify. We also inform you when your order is handed to the carrier for shipment. From the time of handing your parcel to the carrier, please use the appropriate carrier tracking methods to know where the order is.
WHY DIDN'T I RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION/SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
We normally send an email confirmation message when we receive your order. When we are about to ship the order, we send another message through your email to alert you. Ensure that you check your spam or junk folder before you send an inquiry email.
ALTHOUGH TRACKING INFORMATION INDICATES THAT THE ORDER WAS DELIVERED, I DIDN’T RECEIVE IT, WHAT WOULD BE THE PROBLEM?

Yes, Ring light is an international company that serves clients all over the world. Our main currency is the US Dollar (USD). The conversion rate will be dependent on the firm that issues your credit card. All our items carry price tags based on USD.
In case you’re an international client, expect to receive the order within 10 to 25 days. However, in some states, delays may happen due to customs clearance procedures.
MUST I PAY IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES ON THE DELIVERY UPON ARRIVAL?
