Refund policy

Returns 

 We don’t accept returns after 30 days have elapsed from the time you bought our products. We don’t refund for all the products that we don’t take back. 

 

 In case you want a refund, the item you bought must be of the same condition and unused. The product must be in the same manner as it was packed when you purchased it. 

 

 Specific kinds of items do not qualify for a return to our stores. These include perishable commodities like consumables, newsletters, and flowers. Other things that we don’t accept back include flammable gases and liquids, sanitary products, and dangerous products. Additionally, items like prize cards, specific personal hygiene goods, particular software items are not eligible for a return back. 

 

 For your return to be successful, you must submit a receipt of the purchase to serve as evidence. You’re not required to dispatch the receipt to the maker of the product. 

Specific circumstances compel us to offer a partial refund for the products bought. These include books with evidence of symbols of application, DVDs, CD, play videos, and other audio-video materials that have been opened. We may also offer a partial refund for specific items that have been opened and appear not to be in the original form. We can also consider particular objects for a partial refund when they’re returned more than 30 days from the date of purchase.

  

 Refunds procedure

 Upon receiving your returned item, we evaluate it and notify you through an email that we have it. We shall also inform you whether the item is approved for a refund or is rejected. In case your item is authorized for a return, we shall process the refund and credit it in your account through the credit card number you provided.

 

 Not yet received the refund or taking time 

 In case you haven’t received the return, you can check your account first. If the funds aren’t in your bank account, it’s essential to contact the credit card firm. Sometimes, it takes time for the amount to reach your account. You should also contact your bank to inquire whether they’ve received your money as it sometimes takes to process it occasionally.  Sale items 

 We don’t refund sales items. Refunds are only applicable to the standard priced products.

 

 Exchanges (if applicable)

 Gifts 

 In case the item you received was marked as a gift product, you’re eligible for credit equivalent to the thing when you return it. We shall send a gift certificate to you through an email. 

 

 In case the product was not a gift when it was bought, but the purchase sent it to you later as a gift, we shall refund the gift giver who purchased the item from us.

 

 Shipping

 You should send your item for a refund through our mail. Our company does not meet the mailing and shipping charges. Similarly, if you get a refund, we shall deduct the expense of return costs from your refund.

The amount of time that you may take to receive your exchanged item depends on various factors like your location. In case you’re buying a product of over $75, it’s advisable to insure it and use a trackable device to know its whereabouts.
